Referred a patient to have an MRI done, the appointment was scheduled a month in advance from the appointment date I was given. The billing should go to patient's auto insurance because health will deny all claims until pip is exhausted. The facility calls me a week before appointment wanting health insurance auth, knowing it takes atleast 2 weeks to get approval. They refused to see patient since healthcare insurance will not pay. Will not refer here ever again.
