Verified Renter Good apartments but there’s a lot of trash around the grounds, people also don’t do a great job of cleaning up after their pets at the dog park

Verified Renter I just love it here, I just moved in, but the process to move in was so easy, and affordable to me and my husband who are military, my favorite part is the kitchen! Deserves 5 stars!

Zero stars!!! Do not rent here! This is the worst place to live! There are constant break ins and car burglaries. My apartment was broken into broad daylight. They stole all my electronics and jewelry. The office didn’t even care they just make people get rental insurance. My parents car window was busted and radio stolen. They don’t clean the carpet when people move out. It floods so bad that water gets into your apartment. The office is rude and doesn’t care about your safety. Horrible If I could give 0 stars I would. This place may be super cheap but it's not worth the head ache. Before we moved in I did the precheck of the apartment and there was mold in the cabinets. The laminates were coming off of he counter. There was mildew behind the appliances. Odd stains in the carpet. I made a request to have it cleaned but nothing ever happened. Don't rent here! Rude manager!! There aren't enough words to express how much I've come to hate living here. Belinda the property manager is probably the rudest person ive ever had to deal with. I've dealt with her on numerous occasions about rent increasemenrs, my water bill being $80!!!, lighting malfunctions etc and each time she is always so rude. Reasonably Priced My husband and I rented an apartment here a few months ago, and we got a cute apartment and the rent amount is reasonable. They don't allow pets, but I don't mind, I won't have to hear neighbor's barking dogs or see their 'evidence' on the grass outside of my door. My only complaint is I wish we would have gotten a downstairs apartment, they rented the other apartment before we could get the paperwork returned back to them, but otherwise the office staff is friendly. you really do get what you pay for. I moved in with my husband about a year ago.. the carpet was in awful shape when we got in and then we took no pics but did record everythjng, well my a.c. unit flooded the carpets 3 times.. I put in 3 seperate orders for them (hold on gets better) they just unclogged the pipes and went on their merry ways the first two times the last time I go put the work order in the new manager said she didn't have any records of the first two times I'd been in there... so she came in, saw it was leaki... read more
You get what you pay for. I have been living her for a year and a couple of months. When I first moved in i noticed that all the appliances is way out of date. When moving in noticed that they didn't do much to clean the carpets big major stains on the floor that i was able to get a few lighter with my personal carpet cleaner which leads me to believe what did they really do. As well as the carpets the ceilings had some brown stuck stuff to it, again i was able to clean it. I did work orders for both but they said they clean... read more
