Verified Renter My experience here was less than ideal. Had a roach infestation in my apartment that was there before I moved in and I had to begin legal action before they took my request seriously.

Verified Renter I found this apartment complex because it’s one of the Very few in the area that’s affordable, has amenities and only charges 2.5x rent instead of 3. And at first I was nervous, but from the very beginning my leasing agent Nykkii was phenomenal and so friendly and hwlpful with the whole process. I’ve had no issues since moving in. Any requests I’ve had with maintenance was resolved within the next day. Would definitely recommend this complex!

Verified Renter it’s nice living here but i wish some trash cans were closer to the apartments because the trash doesn’t always get taken out everyday. This would save the residents money and it would be easier to keep the community clean

Verified Renter The noise level is kept to a minimum and everybody is polite. The apartment outside area is always clean. The staff do not bother you and there's plenty of cameras around building to make you feel safe.
