Verified Renter My experience here has been okay. Maintenance responses are so so, usually they’ll just provide a band aid fix instead of addressing my the problem. The community is dirty as far as trash is everywhere in the complex even though we pay extra for a trash service.

Verified Renter This place is the best! It’s a very nice and quiet neighborhood close to Post Main gate. I love the pool in the summer and parking close to the house year round.

Verified Renter I recently just moved in, and so far I enjoy the community. It’s really quiet and nobody seems to bother anybody else. The walls and ceilings seem very thin, though. I can hear almost everything my upstairs neighbor does, except talking and things like that. The lux apartment layout is really nice, too. I just wish it had more windows and better ventilation for the kitchen.

Verified Renter I really love our updated apartment, but I feel like communication could be better. I also feel there needs to be more laundry rooms because I have to walk halfway across the apartment complex to get to one of them.
