Do not rent from the springs apartment. We left our apartment spotless. It was so clean that the manager who inspected the apartment on our move-out day said it was the cleanest apartment she has seen. Despite this, they charged us $145.00 for cleaning and painting. In the short 6 months we lived there, we never hung anything on the wall exactly so we wouldn't get charged for painting.
