First trip was great,, second sent my glasses with my daughter to get fixed as well as hers. Both pair came back different mine where purple now bright blue and hers has 2 different colored arms. Doesn't make sense that it took a week to get the right arms. Still scratching my head on this one..
Five star service!! My daughter is very picky but on a budget. She found the perfect glasses but not in the perfect color for her. They special ordered the frames and they were in just a few days. We rushed in 25 minutes before closing to try them on expecting to have to pick them up the next day, but we were pleasantly surprised that they were willing to stay as long as needed and made the lens right then. We were in and out in about 40 mins with great glasses at a great price and a very happy teenager. Thanks a bunch!!
Walked in at 630 pm and they helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses and then put the lenses in while I waited. Great service

Wonderful Experience. My daughter broke her glasses over the weekend and we arrived at The Spectacle a little after 10:00. My daughter made it to school by 11:00 with her new cute glasses. Exceptional customer service and the largest selection of frames (the cutest) for children I’ve seen. I will be purchasing both my children’s frame at The Spectacle for any future needs. Also, I will be making myself an appointment with the Eye Doctor at this location.
