Big shout-out to The Spectacle for a frame repair this morning! I have been in PAIN for a week after breaking my frames in a fall on vacation. A ten minute adjustment has fixed my problem...no more headache! I will be back!
The customer service is AMAZING! My 5-year-old got glasses for the first time today. Everyone was so nice and patient with her. They took the time to let her pick her frames and even let her help make her glasses! You guys are doing it right! Thank you again �
The initial experience was great. Unfortunately, the experience since has not been. My issue is with the doctor, not the rest of the staff. I won’t be back.
