Came in to pick up contacts and decided to ask about my sunglasses, so happy I did! I LOVE pink and decided to go with a lens they had stock. I couldn’t be happier. This is by far one of the BEST, Friendliest Local Family Businesses in Central. I will continue to come from Walker to support them and their growth! And I cannot forget about Mrs. Mary Vaughn she is simply amazing and a very caring Eye Doctor! So glad I was able to follow her to an amazing place of Business! This is my first ever Facebook review. I never do these, but The Spectacle has gone above and beyond so I had to give them their 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟! This is a family owned business, and each one of them were so helpful throughout the entire process. I went in as one of the Facebook contest winners who hasn’t had an eye exam in at least 6 years, I soon became a very happy customer that will forever go to them for all my eyewear needs. They were friendly, helpful, and the customer service was superb - truly top notch!
After a bad experience at another local eye glass retailer, I decided to see what "The Spectacle" had to offer. I left their business EXTREMELY HAPPY. Tracy and her family went way of their way to make sure I was properly taken care of. They explained what they had to offer in terms that were easy to understand and did not try to sell me something I did not need. By far the best part is, they sold me a like product for far less than what I had paid at the other retailer. First class business.
Huge shout out to Shawn and Tracy! I am out of town in Alabama and my glasses broke. In the middle of flood prep from Barry, Shawn ran to the store to email me my prescription so that I would not have to spend my weekend blind and out of town. Small Family Business wins again for incredible service! I highly recommend them.
I really enjoy the entire process. The eye exam is extremely through and Dr Plauche is very easy to talk to. She lets me know what she is doing and why. I have never really liked picking out my glasses but now it is different. Tracy is very honest, when I try different frames on if she doesn't think they look good she will let me know and I trust her. I won a contest with them for a free pair of glasses from their own line (frames and lenses) I went with hopes of getting a pair of sunglasses since my lenses and frames were fairly new and from them already and I’ve never owned prescription sunglasses! They were 100% on board with this so we picked a frame and ordered. When I went to pick them up I was so mad at myself bc I realized I forgot to get the mirror tint added on them!!
