We had an excellent experience here! The frames I chose for my 2-year-old were backordered, but Tracy went out of her way to make sure we got the exact frame and color we wanted quickly so he could start wearing his glasses. Great customer service and such kind, patient owners. We're so glad we chose this place!
I am so impressed! I took my daughter in this afternoon for an appointment with Dr. Vaughan and to get a new pair of glasses. Her appointment was at 5:00. We were out the door, with her brand new pair at 6:04. No need to miss school or wait several days for her new glasses to come in. Thank you!
