So so happy with the team here at The Spay and Neuter Center. As a first time dog mom I am extremely nervous about leaving my 6 month old with anyone, especially for an operation. From the first informational call to her pick up, everyone was extremely friendly and reassuring (especially the front desk).. I'd also like to add that I saved around $500 by not using any of the local vets. My puppy was back to her normal self within two days and her incision is healing beautifully. Definitely recommend!
Awesome staff. Took very good care of my dog Simba. Inexpensive compared to other veterinarian offices. Would recommend to my family and friends. Thank You!
This Practice is amazing. It starts with a knowledgeable and compassionate receptionist. It ends with the Dr coming out front to meet me and go over all the post op information. Both Veterinarions were equally impressive. One even put my dog in the car for me....not an easy task since he's a 65 pound Boxer. They really care about the animals they treat. What an amazing team of people! Caring, professional and go out of there way to assist in any way! My 8 year old German shepherd was spayed and they helped me to lift her in the car and ordered medicines that my local pharmacy was charging sky high for a lot less!!! I cannot begin to thank these ladies enough and nor can Lexie. She is healed and back to normal happy dog.
I just had my snowy (rabbit) spayed yesterday. The staff did an AMAZING job! I was very nervous about the procedure and they really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable! Snowy is binkying around the house, you cant even tell she had surgery yesterday! Great aftercare instructions, pick up and drop off was quick and easy! It went so well im calling shortly to schedule an appointment for my other bun ! Thank you guys so much!!! You guys rock!!!!
Just had our dog neutered today & I cannot stop talking about how nice and professional the staff was. The office was extremely clean and organized. I was so happy with the whole experience, I look forward to working with them in the future.
Dr. Hancock Brown and Dr. Potter went above and beyond for my dog Ashley. It is so obvious that these women love animals. They literally saved my dog's life. I am beyond thankful.
