We purchased a swim spa from The Spa and Sauna Shop in Reno, Nevada approximately three years ago. At this time we had an addition built to house the spa as it was to be used for non weight bearing exercise for my husband. The staff were instrumental in the selection of an appropriate spa that would limit the use of chemicals as my husband has skin sensitivity due to exposure to Agent Orange in his prior military service, as well as recommendations for assistive bars to enter and exit the spa. RecommendedWe are always welcomed with a smile by the friendly staff. I like getting the reminder E mails that notify when our spa is due for maintenance. There have been a few that I didn't know about and really appreciated the heads up. The water here is so hard and they have been very helpful in testing our water and giving us the proper mixtures of the chemicals to keep our spa sparkling and clean. I have recommended the spa and sauna company to many coworkers.
I wanted to purchase a hot tub for a second home. A friend referred me to Kevin at Spas and Sauna in Reno. I couldn't ask for a better partner. I don't live in the area so really needed to rely on their experience and service to ensure things went smoothly. I got a great price, terrific service and the perfect tub in time for the holidays! We had a pleasant experience with The Spa and Sauna Co. Our salesman-Kevin- knew his stuff and helped to ensure a smooth process from purchase to delivery and set up. After installation I needed to make an adjustment to the spa cover, which he took care of with a smile on his face. We loved our experience so much that we have recommended Kevin and The Spa and Sauna Co to our friends and family and they too now enjoy their new spa.
