From the our initial in-store meeting with Kevin Thompson, to our delivery day with Anthony, Nick, and Mike, our experience buying our new spa from the Spa & Sauna Company was smooth and drama-free. Unless you consider the last-minute drama of the very tight squeeze getting the old spa out of the yard. The crew handled this with ingenuity and a strong-arm ballet that was a sight to behold. Competency and professionalism all around!

We purchased a Hanover 780 series, awesome product and very knowledgeable manager "Kevin Thompson". The delivery guys were awesome aswell, set it up right where we wanted it and were really friendly. I really appreciate all the customer service this company provided. Highly recommend visiting them if you're in the market for relaxation.
