We brought our hot tub the 8th of March. It was delivered today. The customer service was fantastic I would recommend them to everyone. Walk us through the set up and Balancing. The delivery team Anthony, Nick, Chris and Johnny were great answered all the questions installed the Bluetooth and safety straps cover lifter fast and very very kind. Absolutely loved the experience thank you everyone the the Spa and Sauna co! I would give them 10 stars ⭐️ if I could!!! 👍🏽
The staff at the Sparks location was very helpful and friendly. Follow up from Amber was prompt and scheduling the delivery with Stephanie was a breeze! Our delivery guy Anthony Williams was knowledgeable and he, along with his crew Nick and Chris, were great to work with. Fantastic service all around and we will be happy to recommend them!
They take good care of my spa and supply alot of helpful information.
We place a pool table way back in June, the sales guy Ryan. Told us it will take 4-6weeks for us to have the pool table ordered, we never hear from them since the day we place the order,8weeks I called,the pool table is not made yet and not ordered.. 10weeks, the pool not here yet and they offered us a cheap,ugly pool table displayed in their store.the customer service is ok,till they get our money.. the items not yet deliver.still no phone call from them. Amazing crew in general. From sales to delivery... Kevin (sales), Anthony/Nick/Al/Cody (delivery) were all a very friendly and helpful staff that strived to fit our needs, no pressure, easy to deal with and always available to answer questions. Thanks to you all!
This is my first Spa and I love it. Mike Macaluso at the 6815 Sierra Center was awesome. I highly recommend him, he made my purchasing experience go smooth. I also went to the South Virginia location to browse and everyone was willing to help and very friendly.
