It was amazing! It was the best spa experience I have ever had. The Staff was so polite and friendly. All the amenities were wonderful. Will diffidently be going back..
First time here at Hotel Hershey! Absolutely loved the Spa experience especially the cocoa body scrub. Definitely will come back again one day when we are in town.
Nice fitness place. Modern fitness machines. Extra help to start a excerise class. A personal trainer if you wnt one. Wow like this place.

My family and I have been coming to the spa for many years to celebrate birthdays . This year was alittle different. I think checking in is a big problem , there should be more then 2 people and we should not have to stand in line for 10-15 minutes . My massage was mediocre and didn't think person who was giving the massage was very friendly. Pedicure was great ! I usually go to the spa with other couples. We always enjoy the experience. We do the overnight spa package and stay at the hotel for the weekend.
Unbelievable experience...looking for a return experience. Seems a bit pricey when you make the reservation...however worth every penny. All the staff is very cordial and helpful..so many amenities are available in addition to your services.
