Exceptional service, gorgeous facility....ultimate pampering!
My mom shoes up today for her special spa day. She is told that they had her treatments booked on the wrong day. Told her she could use the outside pool while she waited. Seriously I thought this was suppose to be a Fantastic spa experience! I guess it's a Spa where the customer doesn't matter just the money.

The Hershey Spa is a wonderful, pampering experience in an absolutely gorgeous facility. The staff, from the front desk, to the hostess and the massage therapist were all so personable and friendly. I would highly recommend this facility!
