Have been going here since 2001. It is my favorite spa and I have been to many including the The Red Door on Fifth AVenue and Canyon Ranch
I have been there many times and did feel the services were not as exceptional as in the past. The 20% gratuity is included in the cost which I do not agree with.
You really should do this ladies. You could go to any spa but none like this one. I plan on going back to get a different service. The hospitality is the best, men you can go as well. Treat your wife or do it as a couple.
The chocolate scrub is the best! My daughter and I had a wonderful time relaxing and the lunch was great too! Perfect place to enjoy with daughters or girlfriends!
Everything about our day was perfect. The staff was exceptional, we were transferred between services by super friendly staff members who all seemed to have an understand of what was going on and where we needed to be next. Will most definitely be back.
Great service, good food, friendly staff, very clean and the massages are so good. The hot chocolate is amazing!!!
The check-in staff were great, professional and a bit stern, but great nonetheless. The attendant who took me to the locker room, and ultimately the small tour was very sweet and even asked me how my experience was when I was leaving. I chose to sit and enjoy a cup of tea in the quiet room, which was less than quiet with several groups of ladies talking loudly. It wasn't the best way to relax, but it was fine.
