I don't know how anyone could complain about anything I experienced yesterday unless you don't like friendly people who offer assistance and smile, pampering of the best quality, views to die for, wonderful food and beverages to enjoy throughout your stay either at the OASIS or the complimentary stations at every turn, the pool to relax in or by, the endless Hershey kisses, the relaxing setting with scents and music that takes you away from it all!!!! I absolutely loved the massage I received from Matt B. Last year. My massage and pedicure I received yesterday most definitely was not up to par! I enjoyed lunch at the oasis and the team members at the Spa are extremely helpful and friendly. I will be back, but will definitely request specific people next visit. I left feeling unsatisfied. The Chocolate Spa at The Hotel Hershey is magnificent! No Spa beats it in my opinion. However there is room for improvement. I have made these comments on my exit cards after every service over the past 10 years- They do need to "expand" again, as it has become more popular over the years. They also need to clean the "nooks and crannies" for eample the fireplace,ceiling of the patio needs to be dusted and cob webs removed. A furniture update is necessary as well. A 4.5 would be a more appropriate score given these concerns. ... read more
I am having a wonderful time on my first visit. The service is excellent and the massage that I had today was amazing. My only comment is that the bed is too firm for me so I am sore when I get up.
This was by far, the most relaxing and pampering experience I have ever had! The whipped cocoa bath was fantastic! Who doesn't like bathing in chocolate?? And my rose garden massage was beyond expectations! Joanne did my massage and she was so friendly and really spent time soothing my tired muscles! I felt like a million bucks! Thanks Hershey!! I will definitely make the trek from NC again just for this!
Today was my very first visit to The Spa. My BFF & I were celebrating being breast cancer survivors. From the moment we checked in until we departed 9 hrs later, we received excellent services ! We enjoyed each and every treatment we received. It was a wonderful experience but it won't be the last. Bravo to the entire staff.
Had a great time today. Everyone was very friendly and nice. The only fault I find is in the reception area. Had to wait in a long line twice which was a bit irritating. Arrived 30 minutes early but somehow was still cutting it close with my first service. A note for breastfeeding mothers -- they will accommodate pumping. I was able to use an electric pump in the dressing room twice today.
