Best time ever....services were exceptional. Would highly recommend the mohito salt scrub.

Such an OLD spa...still has mint green 70’s tile in the steam room that is so aged. No dry sauna. They pack ppl in but can’t supply chaise lounges to relax and wait on...lucky to get the bench. VERY DISAPPOINTED 😔 and worst spa I’ve ever been to. You have to walk in your robe through the halls and elevators to get anywhere! Trust the hype if its your first time...otherwise, it’s a waist of time and money...much better experience at ANY OTHER RESORT!

I loved this place and can't wait to go back. Ultimate relaxation. Great services and staff and lovely atmosphere. Amazing views, aromas of chocolate and coffee. The only thing is I wish they had some maps posted somewhere and more signs because I was lost constantly my first time. Trying to navigate the three floors was a little difficult at first.
My daughters bought me the Chocolate Spa Package for Mother’s Day, my mom and I just went on Saturday. It was the most amazing experience ever!! From the treatment of ALL staff, to the amazing choc treatments, 5-star hotel/spa for sure!! I already want to go back! The massage I received was the best gift in itself, Kyle was awesome and I can’t wait to do it again! It’s a 2 hour drive for us but so worth it! The Spa at Hotel Hershey is amazing! They treat you like royalty but I would highly recommend going and deciding for yourself. I understand the weekends are very busy. I have always gone on a weekday and do not have one negative thing to say about this facility. It is a top of the line and a top notch spa!! Treat yourself!!

great spa with chocolate pedicure called Sweet Feet. Professional, relaxing and enjoyed the relaxation room with fresh muffins, infused water and fresh fruit.
