When checking in to the hotel, they did not notify me that I have to pay $38 per night for parking. In addition, I got a few other unexpected fees on my bill besides the resort fee and nightly room fee. I would be fine with this if they told me when I checked into the hotel. However, charging fees at the last day is unacceptable. I am very disappointed about this. I even called them about this, but they did not call me back.

this place sucks so far.... they put us in a cheap double that smells like it’s damp and wet...There’s nowhere for me to sit. I have hip and leg problems.... I can’t lay in bed all day. I also can’t sit in the one little hard chair that’s in the room...can u say more that disappointed.. I’m ready to go home
