Nice resort but the rooms are slightly outdated. Nothing fancy but a cool place to stay with the onsite restaurants/pools.
The room they gave us had so many spiders. Once we asked to move our room the night manager, Alex Gomez, threatened me (a women) with a loud and rude menacing tone that said he’ll remove our hotel room totally if we don’t stop talking and force our 2 sons to sleep in the car. So rude and disgusting. Cannot believe this so-called “service and help”. Worst attitudes, disgusting people. Don’t recommend for anyone to come back here, I know I’ll never be back. Extremely disgusted by this.
