We rented a cabana at the pool and then a light popped out. They fixed it once but never showed back up to fix it again after we were told they were coming but 2 hours later no one came. When we complained at the front office they told us they had no control over that, which clearly they did. The other pool near us had massive amounts of people in it with zero social distancing! RecommendedWe LOVED our stay here and will be back! The pools and lazy river were perfect, the resort was very clean and safety conscious. The staff was so friendly. Thank you to Allison and Rene at the front, and Shannon at the pool! Y’all made our little getaway phenomenal. We will see y’all again!

My family and I stayed here 2 weekends ago. It was horrible from the time we got there. Broken gate arms locking us in and no one answering the “help” button which required us to run in the pouring rain and find help! Then the ice machine was broken on our floor. After being told by the front desk no mask were required outside, the towel hut workers OUTSIDE were rude slamming “MASK required” signs down in front of me.
