RecommendedBecause of Covid the restaurant and bar is closed and there was no hot water available on the second floor. We had to change rooms, the beds were all lumpy too. Our new room on the 11th floor was much better. No concierge available either. Restaurants in the financial district are closed after 8 so you’ll have to use grub hub or go to one of the pubs to get food. Oh and there’s a McDonalds nearby too...there is a CVS and a Walgreens right down School street too.
Our dinner at David’s was pretty bad. The restaurant was so cold it was unbearable. Four people from our party had to leaving during dinner to get jackets and most of us left with our desert to go because it was miserable. The temperature wasn’t the only thing to ruin dinner, our waitress was terrible and should not be in the hospitality industry. We had an issue that required the manager at David’s and he wasn’t helpful nor did he handle the problem well, not sure hospitality is his calling. For your food prices, which are ... read more
