RecommendedOne of my favorite get away spots not far from home. We had the pleasure of meeting Shannon (pool waitress at adult pool)during this last stay and she was amazing!!!! She made sure everyone was taken care of and was so attentive and friendly. In no time, everyone around the pool took to her and was happy to see her. Never had better wait staff anywhere. She is definitely an asset to the Omni. Even got to try one of her hometown (Irish) drinks she recommended and it’s one of my new favorites!
RecommendedWe did a day pass at the resort...we didn’t stay at the hotel ...everything was fabulous at the resort..the lazy river, the wave pool! Etc. Had a blast we went twice!!!

Front desk was extremely unhelpful. Wasn’t told about parking options, wasn’t directed to any elevators, this was all after I was told that my name was nowhere in the system and neither was my mothers, who was asleep upstairs. Was told the previous front desk clerk had dropped the ball, way to pass the blame around. . Lobby all torn apart with zero signage. Since I wasn’t directed to parking or elevators or anything, I had to wonder around with quite a bit of luggage for several minutes until the construction workers showed ... read more
