RecommendedFirst time my wife and I had been to Omni Resort - everything from the initial entrance to the rooms, to the pools and amenities, to the staff was amazing! Everyone was helpful and nice. Everything was easy to find. The rooms were beautiful, especially the Mardi Gras sweet on the 2nd floor — spectacular view from the balcony! Food was great as well. I definitely recommend getting out there and spending a weekend getaway or longer at the Omni! You will enjoy it and feel relaxed when it’s time to come home.

The room was very spacious with a separate bedroom with huge bathroom, living and dining area with a pullout couch, half bath, two mini refrigerators, microwave and two balconies! Want to “Experience Luxurious Amenities With Exceptional Service? Perhaps reconsider staying at the Omni® La Costa Resort & Spa. Literally everything in my hotel suite was broken including the fridge, the freezer, the air conditioner, the room phone and the fireplace. Escalating to the front desk, the maintenance, the corporate office or the general manager accomplishes nothing. My room was filthy (toe nail clippings in the floor) and my diamond ring was stolen from my room. I have been given the run-around about everything! I do NOT recommend this place! I can’t get corporate to return my call! Crappy way to run a business.

The room was filthy, had toe nail clippings next to the bed. When we complained about the room, we came back and the room was still filthy and someone had stolen my wife’s engagement ring. Three different managers lied to me and the county sheriff told me one of the managers impeded his investigation Got home and corporate will not return my calls.

RecommendedThe food is delicious and the selection is quite large. The portions are generous, you’ll probably take some home. I enjoyed my spicy house margarita very much. The staff is friendly and welcoming. TOTALLY worth the drive from Boise!
