Great job with your reopening! The front desk agents were handing out masks to those that didn’t have them and everything was perfect.
Had a wonderful time for my wife’s birthday. JZ at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect.

I like to point out how companies like Hyatt Regency in Orlando screws it’s customers by charging them for rooms when the CDC bans travel to those cities and doesn’t allow those citizens to cancel those rooms after the convention center closes for the month just because it is in that time period in their policy. I suggest banning those companies that screw companies or customers just because of “company policy” I’ve tried numerous times to resolve this but now they email me that it’s company policy
My fiancé and I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and have yet to find a disparaging remark to say about it. Professionals all around from check in, to room service, to the pool attendants to the cleaners. Great food, pool area and amenities make our stay amazing every time. There has been a new convention every time we stay, so the atmosphere and people make for great conversation by the pool. Keep up the great work and never stop improving.
