As an employee of Hyatt Regency Scottsdale and Royal Palms Resort in Phoenix (sister properties) this is one of the best hotel experiences we have had, and it reconfirms the reason why I work at Hyatt. Everyone here treated us like royalty with first class customer service. from the female agent who checked us in, to Matthew at Valet. The Bellman, Julio was very helpful.
