had swage water coming down in my bathroom the immediately removed us to another room & comp me a one night's free stay as well as helped to move all of our belongings

Wonderful hotel with the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Todd and Jeff the bellmen go above and beyond with every interaction. The front desk staff was helpful with any questions. The housekeeping staff was courteous and great. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. It was an absolute joy to stay there this past week.

Love this hotel but the staff is really what makes it. I met a housekeeper named Mary and she was seriously the kindest lady I have ever met she was nice and super helpful. I must of asked her a hundred questions and she was patient and very helpful explained everything to me. Gave us ideas of places to go and things to see. All of the staff is amazing but Mary is definitely my favorite. Keep Mary she makes people want to come back!!!! Thank you for your awesome service!!! My family and I appreciate it more than you know!!!
