stayed here 2 weeks ago for the first time and was very good. so we booked again for last night. We check in after a full day of Disney and the kids are passed out. Only to find out our toilet doesnt flush. Don't want maintenance coming up and waking them, so we use the bathroom in the lobby just outside the elevators. I inform the front desk of the issue and why we didn't have maintenance come up last night. Very nice facility and the staff is very friendly and specially Angel from Front desk he is very helpful . The swimming pool is cool .i can’t wait to come back here again, the market place is nice . Is a good idea because that they are open 24/7 . The housekeeping staff they are always greeting us and they take god cared our room . I thank you for taking good cared of us 😀
