Food was delicious. Service was outstanding, too!
Love the food and the waiter was great, but staring at 10 open tables for 45+ minutes while I wait an hour and a half..... ridiculous. Reservations are impossible to get and I arrived at 5 pm it wasn’t busy and sat and watched empty tables forever. And if it had only happened once that would be okay but it always seems to be the same.
Loved the, food loved the service. The atmosphere was awesome and I believe the best gumbo I’ve ever had. Will for sure go back the next time in Nashville.
Went for brunch on a Sunday with friends. They made reservations for us so there wasn't any wait. I had the spicy chicken and waffles with Vermont maple syrup. The food was incredible and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend. Lots of parking nearby too.

Love this place! Only our second time visit, we love the food, the atmosphere, the wait staff are second to none! We really enjoyed our evening with our sons for dinner. We had a really great waiter, Steve Moses, great service! Thank you!
The jalapeño bacon has ruined me for all other bacon. Also, I don’t really like waffles, but The Highway chicken and waffles is one of my favorite dishes anywhere.
I visited last night with my friend and my boyfriend. My friend is a local and is fond of the restaurant. Our waiter was very pushy and seemed to be rushing us. My friend and my boyfriend both ordered steaks and they were very good. I ordered the burger WELL DONE and it came very rare. My boyfriend had to go search for our waiter to get it taken care of. After waiting about 30 minutes we found the waiter to see if he could check on it. He was very rude about the situation saying he was doing everything he could to get it. Wh... read more
