I forgot to get pics of the food, so I will talk about it first. I had the Mexican Omelet. This is 3 eggs, with peppers, onions, breakfast sausage, and a ton of cheese. Also comes with salsa, tortillas, and hot sauce. It was great! Really filled me up. I cut about a quarter of the Omelet out and placed it in a tortilla with salsa. So good! I was super displeased to see the employees brewing boiling hot espresso straight into the PLASTIC cup when there was a metal espresso cup sitting right next to it for that reason! This causes the plastic to release harmful chemicals and microplastics into your drink. Never coming back. No good coffee shop would ever do that. Not to mention the two lattes I ordered had zero flavor.
We have been coming to orange Beach for years, typically during the off-season when all the snowbirds come down. This time we decided to come during peak vacation time. We usually stay right across the street from the indigo location at our condo. You would think that during peak season, the customer service would be top notch, right? That was not the case.
