Too expensive not safe! Too expensive and significant rent increases every lease renewel! Also neighborhood teens/men trespass often.
Great Experience So Far We were skeptical moving to this community based on the reviews. We moved in recently despite the reviews and are so glad we did. Monica and Jordan in the leasing office are amazing, kind, and helpful. We placed several work orders for maintenance and received assistance within less than 24 hours and all of our issues were resolved. Our apartment is great and exactly what we were looking for. We look forward to our future in this community.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I’m embarrassed to live here. This complex is by far the filthiest community I’ve ever lived in. The management is completely inept at handling the trash and dumpsters. I’ve held off on writing this review but enough is enough. The management, ownership, maintenance, and anyone involved with this property should be ashamed. Prime Location Right by the beach, garage parking, beautiful view, close to many great restaurants.
Great location, quiet and friendly The property manager is wonderful, there's a very warm and inviting atmosphere here. Its very peaceful, right by the ocean and has a private pool and gym! Plus is dog friendly. The apartments are HUGE! At least compared to what I am used to and it has great views. Honestly, the only downside is the winter- the heating is impossible and definitely needs to be improved.
Excellent Location and Staff My family has lived here for three years and are very happy with the property. The location is great, with the beach and many local restaurants within walking distance. The staff is wonderful and very responsive.
Great Place Close proximity to various locations such as restaurants and stores Management staff has been great just moved in May 1st with wife and daughter and we love it awesome views of the water and other residents have been helpful and welcomed us in.

Just renewed for a fourth year We first moved in in 2018. Both elevators have been fully renovated, bringing much better reliability. We love the apartment, with easy access to the boardwalk, and appreciate that the building is pet friendly. The office staff has changed over a couple of times but overall we've had good experiences regardless of who's there.
