Great place! The Sound Factory will always be my first choice in window tinting and mobile stereo. I highly recommend you give them a try if you haven’t. Chris and Mike Myers are extremely knowledgeable, honest, and true professionals. Jason Palmer is always a delightful person to have a conversation with while your cars being worked on.
I called about having my two front windows done on a Saturday morning and the guy on the phone said he would squeeze it in as the two windows only take about 20 minutes. I asked if I needed an appointment and was told no just come in and he would do it when I got there. I drove across town and when I got there was told that it wasn't going to happen and when i explained what i was told the guy at the desk got huffy and ripped a paper off to fill out for the service. I went in clueless about audio sound. Anyone could have taken advantage of my ignorance but the guys here were so nice and honest. Great job!
