I've been a customer here for years and have had multiple vehicles tinted here, but since they lost their old tinter the quality of work performed has gone down drastically. They won't even tint front windshields anymore on any vehicles. I was told it was because the tinter damaged a vehicle, but after speaking with another employee later I was told it was due to the current tinter simply not wanting to do them and being unable to do them. I’ve been around car audio for many years. Been in plenty of shops. Mike and the Sound Factory are top tier experts. Mike’s knowledge of audio is about the best I’ve seen. He just doesn’t know speakers, he knows the Science and physics of box fabrication and made me an amazing custom fiberglass box at half the cost most would. I couldn’t be any more happier with my setup. I’ll never use another shop in Knox other than Sound Factory. Collin

I went in to have my front windows and windshield tinted to match the back. They said they could and put tint with a blue hue on the front when you can see it’s yellow hue on the back. I call from the parking lot to ask about them not matching and he tells me to hold on... then hangs up! I walk back in and then he goes back to the back and comes out to tell me there is nothing they can do. I ask why didn’t they tell me they couldn’t match it before doing the job because that isn’t what I wanted. No answer but he can take it ... read more

I had great experience in the past but as of last week horrible customer service,they lied about what they had in stock,I drove to Kentucky to purchase One of three pairs of JL speakers only to walk in today and watch a friend purchase them; must be under new ownership I will never and won’t refer anyone to sound factory Clinton Highway.

did a great job tinting my car windows. actually they tinted 4 cars of mine. had them install window shields on my new truck. 1 fell off. they wanted nothing to do with me. blamed it on the manufacturers. they didn’t help me. they lost a good customer.
