Atmosphere is really fun, loud and always active. I like the mixture of races that dine here. The food is yummy as well. I will definitely be back for brunch again soon.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN. HAD TO WAIT 3 HOURS JUST TO GET MY FOOD...MIND U I WAS THE SECOND PERSON TO PLACE MY ORDER...ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND HE WAS IN HIDING ANS SENT HIS REPRESENTATIVE OUT! TRIED TO GIVE US FREE MAMOSAS BUT MOST OF THE LADIES WERE NON DRINKERS! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT PLACE AGAIN!!
The customer service was the worst ever. We did not get half of our table orders taken until an hour after being seated. The waitress felt overloaded and passed us on to another person. While the other half of the table placed their orders, we were informed that the restaurant was out of waffle mix. They said the first set of orders were placed and the waffle orders were fine. The service was terrible. We had to wait over 3 hour for our food...and some people didn't right food of they ordered.
Went to celebrate a good friends birthday and food was delish. Our waiter James was a sweetie. He made sure we were great. The only issue was the valet person. Disrespected one of the ladies with us. Because he did not give her a ticket when she arrived he was hesitant about her driving off in her Lexus and stated to her that was not her car..... Wow. I guess black people cannot drive a luxury car.
Amazing food...I have ordered delivery through UberEats and it is always amazing!
Went there with a friend to meet her cousin and the food & service was great. Me sister loved the greens, told our waitress and the cook brought her a bowl to go!
The food, GREAT! Customer service, horrible. The hostes' attitude was really bad.
The outdoor areas are fun. They don't do much to make it feel inclusive. Every table was like a click wearing their college colors. Inside it is a different atmosphere. Strangers actually talk to each other.
