Christen at the Smoke Pit helped me plan a birthday party for my husband and his military friends. She recommended we serve the brisket, chicken and pulled pork. Anyone reading the negative comments, keep in mind you can not please everyone. The internet are full of TROLLS this place has the Best BBQ in N.C...You can feed a family of 8 under $80.and no room for dessert.Take the ride to Concord it is worth the time and the gas.

Excellent BBQ. We come to The Smoke Pit every time we are in Concord, NC.
Pulled pork is perfect! It is very moist, I didn't even use sauce. They close early (8:00), so don't go late. Brisket is a little dry (maybe cooked faster at a higher temp).
