RecommendedWhere do I start?? Jeremy and his wife Venessa were great from the start. I was selling my family’s home so the process was super emotional. However, having someone who understands your needs is the key. I was well informed of the listing and offer process step by step. Their use of technology for fast communication was amazing. Due to the beautiful pictures and marketing streams my home was on the market for less than 7 days. Amazing results, with realistic expectations of the entire process.
10/10 would recommend Jeremy will negotiate, document, track info, everything you need to get the deal done on time and right

Jeremy took our home with a solar lease and he sold it literally 6 times over. The solar lease was a big problem in the end. But not because of ANYTHING Jeremy did. He went above and beyond to try and help this all get worked out. In the end we had to remove the panels and as soon as we did, we had 5 more buyers, several above listing price.
