We live in NYC, we were at SW Grill, we had guests from Europe, we were sitting in the back room, we thought nice and quiet, there was a party of 8 sitting across us, they were the most loud and obnoxious people we ever encountered in a restaurant, they ruined our whole dinner, there was in particular a woman that was screaming the whole time, we complained with our waiter and the manager, they did nothing for us.
