I had a fantastic experience at The Smile Spa! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable right away, which is not always easy at the dentist! Dr. Joelle was thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. Had some trepidation because of this being the first time with this dental group for anything other than basic procedures. I was grateful that Dr. Shawn and Joelle were very calm, friendly and willing to answer questions. I was glad that the dental assistant was so nice and comforting by just talking to me and being gentle when it started to hurt a little. We came up with Smile Spa after so many google search and visits 4-5 dental offices for advise and for quotes! Dr. Shawn and his staff are very professional. The office is so nice, super clean and equipped with modern instruments! Dr Shawn not only explained in detail but also provided various solutions that would fit your needs. The Smile Spa is by far the best dental practice I have ever been to-- and I've been to quite a few! From the front office staff, to the dental technicians, and up to Dr. Shawn I have never encountered such wonderful and caring dental professionals. If you're looking for a dentist, look no further. This is the place to go!
I love the Smile Spa! My first experience here was dealing with a cracked tooth and an extraction. Never a fun experience, but everyone here was helpful, caring, & supportive throughout it. I've never been to a dentist with this level of care and accessibility. Not only do they have great people skills, but I've been extremely impressed with the technology they have - it's leagues better than any other place I've gone. Can't say enough about how excellent Dr Joelle, Dr Shawn, and all the staff are here.
