Dr. Jeff and his staff are always friendly, courteous and a real joy to be around. I am not a fan of the dentist, but every time I go here, they make my experience very pleasant. It's nice to finally have a dentist I trust and feel comfortable going to. I am so happy I found them!
The staff is the absolute best, always answering any questions or concerns to the fullest making sure you are always understand what's going on from beginning to end of your appointment and for future appointments. I highly recommend them to anyone.

My experience was excellent. Dr. Jeff is always so inviting and willing to answer any questions I may have. My hygienist was super friendly and easy to talk to, and of course did a great job with my teeth! I love this office!

My experience just recently at the Smile Shack was all I could have asked for: courtesy, professionalism, and attention to preventive care. The assistant prepped me very efficiently, and Brooke did a wonderful and very thorough cleaning. Then the dentist reviewed the treatment and treated me very cordially.
I had to have a root canal done, and I was terrified! Dr. Jeff and his staff explained everything to me, showed me the equipment, and answered all of my questions politely and thoroughly. They also kept me informed as the process was happening, which helped with the anxiety of the unknown. Dr. Jeff is incredibly sweet and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.
