Jessica and Dr. Rife are very professional, efficient and compassionate. They described my procedure in a way that I understood it perfectly . I do have a therapist that is looking for another dentist for her family. But, quite frankly I feel that you are to expensive to recommend. I don't have insurance and you don't have less expensive options for me. With the amount of work I'm having done I should get some monetary relief. But, I will have her check you out for herself.
The attention to detail in this office is nothing short of awesome. Nothing is left to chance and care is never compromised. The staff is always very courteous, competent and they actually return phone calls which is refreshing in todays world. I have been a patient of this office for 30 years and have no plans on changing.
The entire staff works cohesively with a huge focus on extreme high quality client care and service. The front desk personnel are especially courteous and wonderful to see upon entering The Smile Centre -- Ashley has been very considerate of my crazy work schedule and the need for appointment flexibility. I like the way you make getting the recommended products convenient and that you strive to ensure that the patient understands their dental situation and the correct way to use the dental products.
My father goes there now. I like the way the operation is run with a strong emphasis on customer service. I can see a sales presence/influence and its suttle. I like that and respect that your selling products and services in an effort to help clients while you maximize profitability. An impressive organization.
