Everyone was so nice and made me feel very welcomed. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit. Dr. Stanley is extremely nice.
Staff is always friendly and patient especially when they know you are nervous so they do their best to relax you. Can't think of anything to change at this point in time.
Nicole my hygienist is very pleasant,knowledgeable and helpful.
Everyone was wonderful. No suggestions on personnel. One small thing might be considered, which was available in my former dentist's office, is having mouthwash and small plastic cups available for patients to use prior to having their work done.
Brette is always great and makes you feel comfortable. Pam was really good too when she treated me in the past. Very welcoming front office staff. I've had a couple of billing issues that were not totally resolved but it wasn't the end of the world. I actually look forward to going to my appointments, though!
I feel I wasn't heard by Dr. Stanley. I came to determine why after 1.75 years of using SomnoDent with great results, I began having TMJ pain again. Perhaps an adjustment was needed... Didn't look at the SomnoDent or how it was fitting, just relayed experiences with other patients and self, and indicated he would put together a treatment plan for an add'l daytime device. I would prefer to determine what can be done with current device to return to my pain free status.
Denise was great. Did recommend Smile Center to my therapist. The only feedback I received was "very expensive"!
The girl who designed my temporary bridge was amazing.
