When entering your office your front desk associates are less than friendly. They don't smile and are not outwardly friendly. They present as if it's a problem that I am at your office. A smile center where the front desk never smiles! Hygenists and dentists are outstanding but first impression coming in the front door is a less than gracious experience.
As a dental student, this is definitely what I would strive for in a dental office. You always feel a little nervous trying out a new dentist, but I had faith in Dr. Stanley, and he was just as good as I expected.
Nicole provided her usual superior periodontal skills and Dr. Stanley his excellent chair-side manner and thorough exam.
The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming, and Rosie, back in the exam room was very personable and friendly. Dr. Rick is a gas. Professional, while still being human. Loved to hear him talking to himself. Perhaps it was just late in the day, and he was getting punchy, but it was amusing! Thanks for the great service, and I look forward to sitting down with Dr. Rick for his recommendations. -Rick
Staff should refrain from talking politics. Not a good practice at work !
Susan - very nice and attentive, prior to my appt. Jessica - very knowledgeable and understanding of my past. Wish her the best on her new venture. Dr. Rife - very intelligent, respectful. Look forward to working with her and the rest of the practice family.
