Visited the dentist due to an auto accident. Office manager didn't know how to handle auto insurance and work the claim. The manager never answers the phone or returns phone calls. It was very hard in getting my insurance worked out. I paid up front, the insurance paid them too, but I never received my money back. It's been over a year!
