Worst builidng in Channelside if not Tampa altogether, ownership does not maintain or repair the property and the management team is the most incompetent people I have ever met in my life. Katie, Stephanie staff from ZRS are like drunken clowns. Rent at the Slade is way to high to deal with such deplorable condtions are poor management. The new management started towing without confirming residents information in the system. My car and decal were registered in 2013 (I even have my old paperwork) and updated every year but it’s not in the new managements system. I parked by accident in the adjacent space since the numbers on the pavement are completely faded and they towed my car. Wish I could give zero stars... Building is super dirty, walls, carpet on hallways are full of stains, stinks everywhere... Residents seem not to give a fuck either, they let their pets pee on the elevators, hallways etc... And the worst part, the administration SUCKS! They always have an excuse for everything, do not waste your time and money, go somewhere else, it is the worst property in channelside. PS- the person below me who gave 5 star rating works in the leasing office... So go wonder hahaha
