I had a wonderful experience dealing with Ashley Lacombe. She was beyond helpful and extremely willing to help place us in the best apartment suitable for our wants and needs. Ashley is the reason that we are moving into The Slade at Channelside Apartments.
I can not thank Ashley Lacombe enough for helping me out anytime that I have reached out to her. I've been a resident for over a year and just signed a new lease to a different unit with them! Love the staff and the place is amazing!
This place is just absolutely TERRIBLE!!! Stay away!!! I had lots of little things happen to me during the almost 1.5 yrs. living here, however, I thought every place will have some issues... until today... I had an agreement with the leasing office about my moving out date and terms. I spoke with several different people and all was good to go.... until today, when they sent me nasty notice of eviction.... this is rediculous... I have never missed a single payment and have the appartment in a mint condition... I was reassur... read more
