What a great apartment set up....Loved it!
This is a great place to live! The finishes are very nice, and the layouts have no wasted space. The amenities are top notch, and the management seems to take pride in what they do. All of the people in the office are very nice, and the maintenance crew is too. The location is great if you like being able to walk and bike to places. They’ve made updates to some of the areas of the building so it’s actually nicer than when it was brand new. I’d definitely recommend living here.
Our kitchen sink fell through our counter top tonight. When we called emergency maintenance they were not surprised with this at all and asked if we could wait till tomorrow to be fixed!! Thankfully my husband was able to remove the whole sink on his own and turn the water off before the pipes broke. If you want quality materials/appliance for the high prices of rent in the channelside area DO NOT live here.
With a name like The Slade, it's gotta be awesome...
The communication is terrible. Never received my renewal rate even though they require you to give 60 days notice if you will stay or want to leave. Parking is terrible you wont park on your floor. Security loses packages way to frequently. Save yourself the headache live somewhere else.
