Melissa and her team was absolutely amazing! This was our first home and she made everything go so smoothly. We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. She kept everything running smoothly, on time and answered all of my questions. We had an Issue with our air and a company doing what they need to, but they have stayed on top of it and have made many phone calls also. The Simmons Sales Team is amazing!! They helped me buy a house back in July and it went very smoothly, thanks to Melissa!! But, there were a few things that the sellers didn't get finished in time for closing. Melissa and Kim assured me that they would take care of it. One thing was my back basement windows needed window well covers. They were very hard to find but they promised they would get some to fit.
