Let me tell you they have been an absolute dream to work with, being an unrepresented seller {for sale by owner} I couldn’t ask for better buying agents to work with. I would definitely recommend Melissa and team! 2 days on the market and under contract already!
I cant say enough good things about Jake. He helped us buy a new house and also helped us sell our old house. We had a few hiccups selling our house (things out of our control) and Jake went above and beyond to fix the issues and get the deal completed. Highly recommend the Simmons Sales Team.
