I love the Shutter Store. Love the site, made it easy to pick what I need. I followed the video. I placed the order. The Shutter Store staff called to make sure I did everything correctly (large order, 14 windows). They even modified the frame per my specification. The came in perfect shape, and they went up in 30 minutes (each). We received compliments on how great they look and I always rave about the support I received. We were a little nervous about ordering shutters online. After we placed the order, we received a phone call to confirm the measurements. Once they arrived, they were easy to install and they are exactly as they are on the website. Beautiful, easy to install, and function as advertised. They keep the Florida sun out, keeping the room cool. We have had them for about a month now and are very happy with them. The kitchen is next!
My cafe plantation shutters are beautiful. The 3 inch slats are a little too big for the small shutters - my bad. They are a nice quality and the price was good. The staff was very helpful. I will recommend the Shutter Store to friends and use the company again.
