The customer service dept was very helpful when I called with questions about my New England farmhouse windows and how to best make the shutters work. The shutter quality is outstanding. Their customer service department will safely guide through everything so you can confidently order the right product. Installation was easy with way the product is packaged and shipped. Don't settle for paying double the price to have less quality shutters installed by someone else.
